txtradar is a browser extension that highlights your watch-list words across documents and web pages you review. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Highlighting happens locally in your browser. The text of the PDFs, files, and web pages you scan is not sent to our servers for ordinary highlighting or file scanning.
The only time text leaves your device is when you explicitly use an AI feature (e.g. "AI triage" or "suggest aliases"). In that case the relevant text is sent through our secure server function to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the result, and is not used to train models. AI features are limited to enabled accounts.
Account data, watch-lists, notes, and shared lists are stored with Supabase (our hosting and database provider) and protected by row-level security so you can only access your own data (and lists shared with you). Local copies are kept in your browser's storage for offline use.
txtradar does not collect browsing history, and it only acts on pages when you enable scanning.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run txtradar (Supabase for hosting/auth; Anthropic for AI features you invoke), and only as required to provide the service or comply with law.
txtradar is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
